Updated to include the county changes which came into effect in April 2015, this map of Ireland shows the counties in different colours in addition to the usual town and road network.

All main towns are included and in Northern Ireland, both County and Province boundaries are marked and named.

Also displayed are major railway lines, ferry routes and rivers. The main city centres of Dublin, Belfast and Cork are highlighted in separate insets showing the street names.

In another inset box, there is information about physical features, population, surface area and currency, making the map suitable for both business and leisure use.

This map is available in various finishes from laminated to framed. Click here for more information. The laminated version allows you to write on, wipe off with dry or wet wipe pens. Framed versions are available ready to hang on your wall, choices are light or dark wood, black wood, aluminium, or magnetic for use with magnetic map pins.

In addition to these standard finishes, the publisher has also produced a wallpaper version of this map. You don't use standard wallpaper paste or any water, the map has a backing paper which is removed to reveal a self-adhesive surface, and when placing the map on the wall it can be repositioned without damaging the map or the wall. This wallpaper map is made with a tough patented fabric which will stick to any non-porous flat surface and will also remove easily without leaving any residue. Paint will not be removed from a primed wall and the map can be applied over existing wallpaper. It is made of a very robust material which means the map will be applied to the wall without wrinkles and will not rip. Note that the wallpaper map image is not of this map.
