Making A Purchase
Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit and debit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Debit Cards and PayPal. You may send your credit card information via phone, snail mail or over the Internet. Please note that the quickest and most secure method of paying for your purchase is by using the secure payment pages on our web site.

PROBLEMS? If you have any difficulty making a payment or completing a purchase please do not hesitate to telephone, or send us an email explaining your problem.
If there is a problem with making a card payment this can sometimes be resolved by trying again later. Alternatively, please either use the "Telephone Card Details" option after placing your order on the web site, telephone or fax your order.

Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .

Credit Card Security
Your payments are fully secure.
The payment pages are hosted on the CreditCall secure servers and we do not see your credit card details.
We have been selling maps and guides in Southern England since 1981 and have been on the Internet since 1995. As far as we are aware, none of our customers have ever had credit card details stolen or abused when buying products from our business.

Guarantee
You can order in confidence. If your order is not up to your expectations you may return your purchase for a full refund within 10 days of receipt.
For a full refund, the non-faulty book or map must be returned in mint, unused condition, in our original packing. Non-faulty goods not required by the customer are returned at the customer's expense & risk - please ensure you send all returns by recorded delivery.
Please note CD-ROMs are not supplied on a trial basis and we cannot accept returns of non-faulty CD-ROM products unless the package is unopened and the software seal is intact. Please ensure that you are fully aware of the specifications for system requirements and that the CD-ROM will provide the information you need. Technical information about the CD-ROMs on our web site is provided by the publishers. If any further information is required before purchasing a product we will be happy to take this up with the appropriate publisher before accepting your order.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
You will receive the VAT invoice with your order, and in addition a copy of this invoice stating the total amount charged to your credit card will be emailed to you just before despatch. You can cancel your order** at any time before the order actually leaves our premises (usually 14.30 - 15.00 UK time).
(**Please note that Bespoke map orders, ie maps made specially for a customer cannot be cancelled or the maps returned unless the map is faulty. We supply full information to the customer about these maps before the order is placed with our supplier and no order is placed until the format has been agreed with the customer).
